"Art washes from the soul the dust of everyday life." - Pablo Picasso

I feel privileged and blessed that I have the opportunity to express my creative side through the making of fine silver jewelry.

Each handcrafted piece of jewelry is a one of a kind creation of fine silver inspired by nature and a touch of whimsy.  My jewelry is embellished with 22k-24k gold, gems, pearls, ‘family found’ beach glass and fused glass from the studio of Ann Cavanaugh.

The pursuit of using glass cabochons in jewelry making led to the delightful discovery of PMC, precious metal clay.  The fine silver clay bonds beautifully with the glass at high temperatures in a kiln.  The versatility of the medium seems unending. The silver clay can be carved, molded and sculpted in ways not possible in traditional metalsmithing.

I am a Certified Artisan and Teacher in Precious Metal Clay.  I am a member of the PMC Guild, CMAG – Creative Metal Arts Guild, and SNAG - Society of North American Goldsmiths.

I reside in Tualatin, Oregon and frequently visit Cannon Beach. I live with my husband Jim, my Irish Terrier, Madigan and Oscar the cat.

Inspired by nature and travel my jewelry reflects a love of the world around me.  There is great joy in creating pieces for others who will take a piece of my art into their world.
